Hideaway at Annie’s. This beautiful cottage is designed for a couple or a
small family of 3. The rustic wooden cottage is adorned with window boxes, painted
shutter’s, tin roof covered porch and nestled in the beautiful Blue Ridge
Mountain’s. Relax on the expansive 45 foot deck overlooking cows grazing in the
pastures, split rail fences, a log barn and of course breathtaking mountain views. No need
for an alarm clock; Wake-up with the sun to the crowing of roosters, sip coffee on the
deck, then relax in the peace and quiet after a day exploring the beautifully landscaped
property or visiting numerous area attractions. Annie’s Hideaway is located on
Highway 63 just 17 miles North West of Asheville and just 30 minutes from Hot Springs,
Waynesville, Maggie Valley and Asheville.

Policies Reservations:
Call for availability. Two night minimum stay. (4 Night Minimum in October) To confirm reservation on two night
minimum, full payment in advance. All other stays require a 50% deposit in advance. Final
balance due upon arrival. Cash
or money orders only. Personal checks taken on advance reservation. Security
Deposit: $50 damage deposit required in advance. Deposit is refunded 30 days from
departure if there is no damage. Cancellations: Deposit monies refundable
100% with 3 to 4 week notice. A $25.00 cancellation fee will be charged. 50% refundable between 2 and 1 week notice and
non-refundable with less than one week notice. No refunds for early departures. Rates:
1-2 people $125 per night, $750 per week. 3 people - $135 per night, $810 per week. Max 3 people.
