Check-out: 11:00am Check-in: 4:00pm Reservations: Call for availability. Mon-Fri 9-5 and Sat 10-2. 2-night minimum stay. To confirm reservation requires a 50% deposit in advance. Final balance due upon arrival. Cash or money orders only. October- 4 Night Minimum Security Deposit: $50 damage deposit required in advance. Deposit is refunded 30 days from departure if there is no damage (or extra cleaning). Cancellations: Deposit monies refundable 100% with 3 to 4 week notice. A $25.00 cancellation fee will be charged. 50% refundable between 2 and 1 week notice and non-refundable with less than one week notice. No refunds for early departures.
