Butcher’s Table Dinner and Beer Pairing

Last summer’s best kept secret is back! The Butcher’s Table returns on May 28th with its first dinner of the season at Pisgah Brewing Company.

The dinner will help celebrate Pisgah’s 10 year anniversary. Doors open at 6:30 pm and everything begins at 7:00 pm.

The Butcher’s Table is a showcase of the finest work from Foothills house and guest Butchers and Chefs. We go way “off menu” to bring you a meat-centric, locally sourced, 5 course meal you won’t soon forget.

For Pisgah’s 10 year celebration, Foothills Butcher Tyler Cook and Chef Trevon Dunn prepare a meaty feast, paired with Pisgah brews, to ring in the Spring and 10 years of Pisgah Brewing Company​!

The cost of admission is $60 per person and includes beer pairings.
