In what is still regarded as one of the greatest upsets in the history of sports, Buster Douglas knocked out Mike Tyson to become the heavyweight champion of the world.
Douglas will be in attendance for the Asheville Tourists vs. Delmarva Shorebirds game at McCormick Field on Saturday, May 7th.
The former champion will throw out the game’s ceremonial first pitch and sign autographs for fans at no cost once the game begins. The game will start at 6:05pm and gates to McCormick Field will open at 5:00 pm.
