Asheville Art Museum to Pop Up “On The Slope”

The Asheville Art Museum’s 2 S. Pack Square location will temporarily close beginning October 31st to allow for major construction and to keep its Permanent Collection safe and secure.

They’ll be busy packing up during the month of November, and in December they are opening a small Pop-Up Museum, which will house its gift shop, a rotating intimate exhibition gallery and an education studio, at 175 Biltmore Avenue: The Asheville Art Museum On the Slope. It will also serve as the temporary offices for its staff.

As they enter this time of transition, they are excited to continue an active schedule of programming for all ages off-site with community partners across WNC. They’ll keep you updated on all their activity in e-newsletters, online calendar, Facebook and Instagram.
