Asheville High School Hosts 3rd Annual “Haunted High” Fundraiser on Oct. 28-29

The third annual Haunted High takes place at Asheville High School on Friday, October 28 and Saturday, October 29. The event is the largest annual fundraiser for the Asheville High School Bands Program.

The students will transform Asheville High School into the largest haunted house in Western North Carolina, with spooky thrills for old and young inspired by our favorite horror movies, ghost stories and classic Halloween monsters.

Forget the corn maze, Asheville High School’s Haunted High is the local Halloween tradition you won’t want to miss! This year’s Haunted High will be bigger than ever, with new terrors to test even the bravest heart.

Funds raised through the Haunted High go to support the many bands at Asheville High School/SILSA, replacing old instruments, funding scholarships and transporting students to and from competitions.

This year, the Haunted High takes place over two nights:

– Friday, October 28 is Student Night, and the fun begins after the football game versus North Buncombe (10 p.m. – 12 midnight).
– Saturday, October 29 is Community Night, where we invite our friends and neighbors to join the fun (8 p.m. – 11 p.m.).

Tickets are $10 and can be purchased from any AHS marching band member, at the door, or in advance from wordpress.ashevillehighbands.com.

Will you be brave enough to walk the halls of the Haunted High after dark?
