The Asheville Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Tiffany Anna Birdie Oscarsson, a 29 year old female from the Flat Rock area.
Ms. Oscarsson was last seen on Monday, April 17 in the Biltmore Village area in South Asheville. Ms. Oscarsson may be experiencing some cognitive issues from a recent change in medications.
Ms. Oscarsson is 5’08 tall, approximately 150 lbs, and has blonde hair and blue eyes.
