The Salvation Army Boys and Girls Clubs of Buncombe County’s annual fundraiser, Boathouse Bash, will take place on Friday, April 28th at the Boat House at Smoky Park Supper Club, from 6:30 pm until 9:30 pm.
Headlining Boathouse Bash will be Lyric, the popular Asheville soul band. Food will be provided by Asheville’s top restaurants including Chestnut, City Bakery, Vinnie’s, Rhubarb, Posana, Bouchon, Poppy Popcorn and more. Proceeds from the event will go directly to fund the Boys and Girls Club, which has three locations in Asheville. Tickets for the event are $75 a person or $140 per couple and can be purchased on the Boys and Girls Clubs of Buncombe County’s website at bgcasheville.org.
“Boathouse Bash is going to be a great opportunity to come and support the Boys and Girls Clubs of Buncombe County, while enjoying amazing music, as well as sampling food from Asheville’s top restaurants,” stated Haley Shealy, Executive Director. “Events like this allow us to keep funding programs that are making a positive impact on the youth in our area and provide them hope for their futures.”
