Electric Car Show at Asheville Outlets on Sept. 10th

Asheville Outlets will team up with the Blue Ridge EV Club, Land of Sky Clean Vehicles Coalition, and Southern Alliance for Clean Energy to celebrate the 4th annual Drive Electric Car Show on September 10th.

From 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm, local EV owners will present exciting, new to the show electric vehicles including the 240-mile range Chevy Bolt and the Tesla Model X. Local dealerships will also be at the show, displaying the latest line-up in EV technology.

The electric car show is FREE to everyone. Owners will be available to answer questions about costs, range charging, and more. Spectators can learn more about the electric vehicle revolution from the inside. Area businesses and non-profits will feature products and services.

“There are so many EV options now, that everyone who drives a car needs to see what’s available,” said Rudy Beharrysingh, President, Blue Ridge EV Club. “I have literally saved thousands over the last four years driving an electric vehicle. Plus, it’s a lot of fun!” Proceeds for the event will benefit The Blue Ridge EV Club and the Southern Alliance for Clean Energy. The event rain date is scheduled for September 17th.
