UpCountry Brewing Co. to Host Breakfast and Beer Dinner on Sept. 14th

UpCountry Brewing will host its first Breakfast & Beer Pairing Dinner prepared by Executive Chef Matt Kovitch on September 14th.

The five-course meal will be breakfast themed, with each course paired with one of UpCountry’s house brewed beers.

The courses are as follows:

Upon arrival, a pint of the ‘Bernie Sanders is the Original Gangster of Just Economics,’ brewed by Just Brew It’s winner David Maida.

Yogurt and Granola, paired with the Kettle Sour infused with berries
Beet yogurt, house granola, berries

Avocado Toast, paired with the Hop Dread infused with grapefruit
Grilled sourdough, grapefruit, radish, tomato crème fraiche

Mini Quiche, paired with the InGen Amber infused with chai
Breakfast sausage, charred artichoke, argugula, goat cheese

Shrimp N’ Grits, paired with the Community Table Saison aged on French oak
Blackened shrimp, pimento grit cakes, sugar bacon, white wine Dijon cream

Sweet Potato Bourbon Waffle, paired with the Soon To Be Named Porter infused with coffee
Burnt honey ice cream, Nutella pecan brittle, espresso whipped cream

The Breakfast & Beer Pairing Dinner will begin at 7:00 pm with a pint of house-brewed beer upon arrival. The first course will be served at 7:30 pm with a special introduction from the Executive Chef Matt Kovitch, Head Brewer Jordan Veale, and Owner John Cochran.
