Over 10,000 children reside in foster care in North Carolina and more than 3,000 of those children are waiting to be adopted. Children’s Home Society of NC is hosting a free Adoption Information Meeting at Pack Library in Asheville April 3 at 6:00 p.m. This free information meeting is a wonderful opportunity for people interested in adoption to learn more about the process, to understand the requirements, and to discover more about the needs of children in North Carolina.
