The Arts Management Organization (AMO), an active ASU club, announces the first annual
Boone Handmade Market. On Sunday March 28th, 2010 over 36 emerging and established artists of the High
Country will make their way to Boones Turchin Center for the Visual Arts to sell their locally handmade goods.
All artists live in Boone or in the High Country and will be selling everything handmade from delicious sweet
treats to jewelry, sculpture, fashion, pottery and more. This is a great opportunity to support your community
and buy locally!
The Arts Management Organization (AMO), wanted to create a one-day market that would support local artists
and their handmade goods that are prevalent in our area. The market will showcase the talent of various
artists. This event, not only supports our local art scene, but acts as the clubs main fundraiser to support
similar art events that the club hosts on campus and around town. This event is presented and organized by
AMO and sponsored by the Turchin Center for the Visual Arts.
