The Montford Park Players, North Carolina's Longest Running Shakespeare Festival, presents the 32nd annual performance of Charles Dickens' classic tale of greed and redemption, A Christmas Carol, presented through Sunday, December 5 - 7, at Asheville Community Theatre, 35 E. Walnut St.
"A Christmas Carol" will again be directed by award-winner C.J. Breland of Asheville High School, and will feature veteran actor Mike Vaniman in his seventh appearance as Ebeneezer Scrooge. Production times are Friday, Dec. 5 at 7:30 pm; Saturday, Dec. 6 at 2:30 and 7:30 pm; and Sunday, Dec. 7 at 2:30 pm. Tickets are now available at the ACT box office (254-1320), or online at http://www.ashevilletheatre.org. Ticket prices are: Adults - $12.00; Senior Citizens and adult students with ID - $8.00; Children 18 and under - $6.00.
