Fullam Creamery is hosting a Grand Opening Celebration on Saturday, November 19, from 10 AM – 3 PM. The ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place at 12 Noon.
Grand Opening activities will include fresh butter-making for the kids, hayrides around the farm, and music. Plenty of food samplings will include Fullam’s cheese and gourmet yogurt spreads.
The Fullam family has operated their dairy in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains for four generations. The Fullam Creamery produces fresh, healthy, handcrafted cheeses, yogurt, and yogurt cheeses in small batches. All of their products are made from Fullam Dairy cows and are Grade A, the same grade used for drinking milk.
Fullam Creamery also features the only locally produced traditional Hispanic cheeses in Western North Carolina. These special cheeses are known for their wonderful fresh taste, a taste that can be experienced only for a short time after they are made.
New this year are holiday baskets, cheese balls, and cheese logs. They will begin accepting orders for these products at their Grand Opening. Samples will be available in their on-site store. Orders received at the Grand Opening will be available for pick-up on Wednesday, November 23, and the products will be available throughout the holiday season.
The on-site store is open Fridays from 10 AM – 7 PM and on Saturdays from 10 AM – 5 PM.
The Fullam Creamery is located in Hendersonville at 115 Fullam Farm Road. From Hendersonville, take Highway 64 West toward Brevard.
