NCSC's 9th season is more ambitious than ever, and features several plays they’ve wanted to produce for a long time. Plus, to keep pace with demand, they are adding performances and beginning a Theatre Renovation Campaign to upgrade and expand the seating.2010 NCSC Season - Angels in America: October 13 - November 7 Witty, ambitious, and heartbreakingly intimate, "Angels" is a sweeping vision of America at the onset of the AIDS epidemic. A phalanx of characters - gay and straight, Mormon and Jewish, famous and forgotten - connect in devastating ways as the millennium comes to a close. Contains graphic language and content. It's A Wonderful Life: November 26 - December 4 It’s Christmas Eve, 1945, and only a handful of radio actors have braved the blizzard to perform that evening’s broadcast of "It’s a Wonderful Life" and keep the radio station afloat. This clever stage adaptation breathes new life into the poignant story of George Bailey and Bedford Falls. Boeing-Boeing: February 16 - March 13 Bernard’s love life is a perfect balancing act: when one of his stewardess girlfriends touches down, the next one is already in the air. What could possibly go wrong? Scott Treadway and Charlie Flynn-McIver star in this frothy 1960s farce. One Flea Spare: April 13 - May 1 A wealthy couple is preparing to flee London and the ravages of the plague when a sailor and a young girl are caught sneaking in to their boarded-up home. Now, quarantined together for thirty days, the only thing these strangers fear more than the Black Death is each other. The Glass Menagerie: June 1 - June 19 Tennessee Williams’ landmark story of a brother and sister who long for escape – she from her disability and even more crippling shyness, and he from his stifling warehouse job and the isolation he feels there – and the mother whose love is overwhelming.
