2-1-1 WNC is making strides to increase access to community service information for all North Carolinians. The agency is debuting a new online community database that is the product of an exciting partnership with the other 2-1-1 centers in North Carolina. The new system provides a single searchable website that contains community resource information from various communities from across the state.
More information about this change...and tools to help make the transition easier are located below. Please remember, United Way 211 are here to help you find the resources you are looking for. If you have any questions or comments about the new system, please get in touch. You may reach the service by emailing 211info@unitedwayabc.org or United Way's 211 Serviceby dialing 2-1-1 from a landline or 252-HELP (4357) from a cell phone.
