Bouchon
Bonjour y’all! Bouchon is a slice of France… right here in
the Blue Ridge Mountains. “Bouchon” is the French word for
cork. It is also the colloquial expression for “bistro” in
the Lyon area of France. Chef/owner Michel Baudouin says, "I have fond memories of visiting the local
