Club W, the YWCA Health & Fitness Center offers a fitness room with strength training equipment, weights and the latest technology in cardio equipment. Yoga, cardio, meditation, and pilates classes are offered in the YWCA fitness studio. Participants also have access to an indoor heated indoor pool for water exercise and lap swimming.
