Battle of the Badges is back! In this friendly competition, The Asheville Fire Department, Asheville Police Department, Buncombe County Emergency Medical Service, Buncombe Country Sheriff’s Office and the North Carolina Highway Patrol are teaming with the American Red Cross to encourage eligible donors to help save lives with blood donations. The group that recruits the most donors on Feb. 20 at First Baptist Church in Asheville will win bragging rights!
