Synopsis

Vikram, a pragmatic police inspector, leads an encounter unit to eliminate a dangerous criminal Vedha. Vedha, however, voluntarily surrenders throwing a spanner in the works. The lines between good and evil blur as Vedha questions Vikram's righteousness while the latter believes he is doing the right thing but is he?
