Montford — Asheville’s most historic neighborhood — will showcase nine homes at the 24th Annual Holiday Tour of Homes on Saturday, December 7, from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
This is your chance to explore the lovingly restored or carefully constructed eclectic architecture of homes in one of the largest, intact historic districts in the state. Take in eclectic architecture that has been lovingly restored or carefully constructed to reflect the neighborhood’s historic past.
Enjoy homes both old and new, and experience all the holiday warmth and hospitality that Montford has to offer. Festive treats and entertainment will be on offer throughout the tour thanks to wonderful neighbors who donate their time and talents to this event.
This is a self-guided tour. With your ticket you will receive a map to all tour locations & information about the individual properties.
Tickets are $25 and may be purchased at the Asheville Shop, Visitor Center, 36 Montford Ave. (cash or check only), or online (credit card) at www.MontfordTour.com. Bring your receipt the day of the event to the Visitor Center to exchange for your Keepsake Booklet/Ticket.
