The Red Stag Grill at the Grand Bohemian Hotel Asheville is now offering Sunday Brunch, served from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Featured brunch menu items include Chef Adam Hayes� Oscar Benedict, with petite filet, crab, poached egg and Hollandaise sauce, and a salmon-wrapped poached egg with brioche, avocado, and chive cr�me fraiche. Special Sunday Brunch libations include a pomegranate Mimosa and the Red Stag Grill signature �Staghorn� champagne with cranberry and blackberry mint.
Red Stag Grill Sunday Brunch a la carte menu items are priced from $8.00 to $15.00. Reservations are preferred; call 398.5600 or make a reservation on line at bohemianasheville.com.
