FIRC Shopping Center of Asheville, LLC has hired Cline Design Associates PA of Raleigh for architectural, land planning, engineering and interior design services at Main Street at Enka Village. Tony Fraga, President of FIRC, signed the $3.38 million agreement with Gary Cline, President and Managing Principal of Cline Design.
Main Street at Enka Village is a mixed-use urban village being constructed on a 40-acre parcel in Enka off Sand Hill Road and US 19/23, across from A/B Tech�s Enka Campus. It will include 261 condominiums, 199 rental apartments, 22 townhomes and five live/work units; 120,000+ sq. ft. of leased retail space, featuring restaurants, caf�s, specialty shops, apparel, neighborhood services and wellness; and 37,000+ sq. ft. of offices for lease. Fraga, who is also developing West Gate and Haywood Park in Asheville, said he plans to break ground at Main Street at Enka Village in 2008.
