In addition to the majestic chairlift ride up and down Buck Mountain, the Ghost Town museum is open and there are some arcade games available on Level One. Kiddy Rides will be opening soon. Tours of Phase 2 and Phase 3 Plans are Also Available for Chairlift Riders Ghost Town is now offering tours, included with the Chairlift Ride admission. Guests can check out Western Town and see what else is being planned for the Phase 2 and Phase 3 opening of Ghost Town.

Ghost Town Zip Line Tours Zip line ride rules and restrictions are listed on website: Zip Line Requirements and Restrictions. The Zip Lines are located at the bottom of the mountain. Zip Lines are a separate entry from chairlift rides. Participants are not required to also purchase a chairlift ride ticket. "Ghost Town Zip Lines are great for families, because kids as young as 4 years old can participate," explains Mike Fischesser, owner of Beanstalk Builders, the company who built Ghost Town Zip Lines. "Because of our unique safety features and our style of harnesses, younger kids are able to ride our zips." Beanstalk Builders are located in Morganton, NC (www.beanstalkjourneys.com). They have built zip lines throughout the country and are known for their safety features. Instead of using hand brakes, Beanstalk Journey's zip lines use a "Peter Pan" landing, which means that the zip riders use their feet and walk to a complete stop on an upward slope. Beanstalk Journey's zip lines are different than most others because children as young as 4 years old can participate. Alaska Presley purchased this park at a bankruptcy auction this past spring. Since then, she has been working diligently on getting the park prepared for opening. Phase One, projected sometime this summer. 9am - 5pm. "This is just a taste of what is to come," says Presley. "More zip lines are planned in later stages of our development that will be like no others in the world!" The Phase 2 Opening includes action-packed cowboy gunfights, can-can dancing and live music from Ghost Town's legendary Western Town.
