Register Now for Organic Growers School on March 6 & 7

Join over 1300 farmers, gardeners, activists, and consumers March 6 & 7, 2010 at the University of North Carolina at Asheville (UNCA) for the Southeast's largest sustainable living conference.

Register now for access to over 60 classes! The 6th annual Children's Program is for kids aged 7-12, and costs $30 per day. Additional hands-on workshops and cooking classes are $5 each. See you there, green thumb.

New this year, the Organic Growers School has partnered with local downtown businesses and active non profits to host a Salon Revival on the evening of March 6 discussions on hot topics in the world of sustainable agriculture and community food systems. Due to overflow crowds in recent years for the Saturday conference, the Sunday program is a duplicate of the Saturday event.

The big news this year is a change in location. This years event will be held on the campus of UNC-Asheville. Early registration is recommended, as the hands-on workshops have limited capacity.

To register, please visit www.organicgrowersschool.org, email [email protected], or call (828) 450-2026.
