Biltmore Property Group, LLC is pleased to announce the addition to its executive team Guy L. Forcucci as CFO and Senior VP of Development.
For over thirty years, Mr. Forcucci has established himself as a major player in negotiating loans and related covenants, managing accounting, financial reporting and tax compliance matters, while promoting excellence and best practices in the field of financial management.
His career began as a Tax Partner with Deloitte where he had the honor of becoming a member of the firm’s national tax advisory committee. As a CEO and part owner of Wilton Connor Packaging, Guy was instrumental in growing this business into a $50 Million company where he was responsible for all finance matters including: business planning and budgeting, strategic planning and process improvement, and in the development of key initiative matrices.

Mr. Forcucci received his Juris Doctor from the University of Buffalo after graduating from Niagara University with a BBA. He is licensed to practice law in the States of North Carolina and New York and is a North Carolina licensed CPA.
