DSSOLVR Craft Brewery

One of Asheville’s newest breweries, DSSOLVR has brought life back into a building once home to the Asheville Community Resource Center. Located at at 63 N. Lexington Ave., the craft brewery focuses on collaborating with local and regional artisans to bring you equal amounts of old school and new school. In addition to beer, they also offer a whole smattering of wine, cider, mead, and non-alcoholic beverages.

The Bier Garden

Located inside the Haywood Park hotel atrium at 46 Haywood Street, The Bier Garden has been an Asheville favorite since 1994. We offer a selection of over 200 beers from around the world as well as your local micro-brewed favorites. To complement the largest selection of beer in WNC is an extensive food menu, including fine dining entrees, a pub menu, late night menu, children’s menu, wine menu, and full bar.
