American Court Apartments
The American Court Apartments, conveniently located to downtown Asheville and UNCA, are fully furnished units, with one or two beds located in each unit, full bath, microwave oven, small refrigerator, air conditioned, individual electric heat, television with cable provided, heat, electric, water, sewer, tv cable, are provided by the landlord. The apartments does NOT have a full size stove or refrigerator. The apartment does have a microwave and dorm size refridgerator. Very clean units with one set of linens and towels provided with each unit. No dogs, cats only on approval with pet fee. No Smoking in apartments. Four week minimum stay.
