What makes Sculpt so unique is:
the combination of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Bizzie Gold’s Spiral Structure Technique®.
The Sculpt part of the class is only 24 minutes but it will kick the body into a heightened metabolic + fat burning state for up to 36 hr post workout!
The Flow aspect of the class concentrates on dynamic power yoga and deep abdominal toning at a lower energy level. The focus is on releasing your hips and connecting with your primal warrior, so that energy flows more freely throughout your body.

? Ebonie is certified in Hot Core, Buti Sculpt, Hot Buti, and Buti Yoga. She is currently in the process of obtaining her 200 RYT within Buti yoga’s program. This practice has changed her life, and she plans to be a Master Trainer for Buti Yoga to continue to spread the practice and step into her leadership skills. Movement is a step towards healing that Ebonie passionately b in each class for every student. ?
