The American Court Apartments, conveniently located to downtown Asheville and UNCA, are fully furnished units, with one or two beds located in each unit, full bath, microwave oven, small refrigerator, air conditioned, television with cable, heat, electric, water, sewer, are provided by the landlord. The apartments do NOT have a full size stove or refrigerator. The apartments do have a microwave and dorm size refrigerator. Very clean units. No dogs, cats only on approval with pet fee.
