Interested in trying a SilverSneakers class? Join us at Western North Carolina Agricultural Center – Davis Event Center to learn more about SilverSneakers and our classes. A SilverSneakers instructor will lead you through a sample class to see if it’s right for you. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes if you plan to participate.
We will be having two live demonstrations of our Classic Classes throughout the day. One at 11:00am and another at 2:00pm.
