Be alive in the body to move to a deep place to allow for liberation and freedom! The invitation is to move through the 5Rhythms wake up, stir the soul, move to a deeper energetic level through the body that shows your divine truth!
Join Karen, certified 5Rhythms teacher for a longer wave to move, shed skin, connect and explore through the body! Moving 2 waves will elevate, stimulate your higher conscious! Much gratitude to Gabrielle Roth for this dance practice!
Agreements for movement experience:
-bring plenty of water to drink
-wear dance shoes if needed, but otherwise we move barefoot
-arrive on time for warmup
-make a commitment to stay in motion
-turn off cell phone
-no alcohol or drugs
