We hold space for the discovery of inner peace and stillness through the full embodiment of experience. When we accept and allow all of our thoughts, emotions, and sensations, and hold those with stillness, the elements merge and become something new. This healing practice embraces all of you- your anger, jealousy, desire, joy, and self loathing- – and cultivates a deeper integration towards wholeness.
