Joseph Gailes from Durham’s Alley Twenty Six, a 2022 James Beard Foundation Outstanding Bar Program Finalist, will be taking over the Botanist & Barrel Tasting Bar from 5-8 p.m. Feb. 23.
He will mix up session cocktails and show you how to become a mixologist at home with ease using Alley Twenty Six’s collection of cocktail syrups. There will be delicious cocktails to drink and take home sets available, because we know you will want to stock your home bar. Cocktail prices vary.
