After spending 10 years in the corporate, tech world and leading a global Customer Service team for one of the largest coworking spaces (WeWork), Erica found herself burnt out. For years, she climbed the ladder and achieved “success” but still felt empty. She valued her worth based on her work and no matter how many achievements she had, she was not fulfilled. In 2019, she took a leap of faith and quit her job, knowing she wanted to be in the holistic health / wellness space. This led her to earn a certification in life coaching and identify herself as a Burnout Coach.
