When we look at the person to find out who they are and what they are passionate about instead of going straight for a sales pitch, we recognize the opportunity to increase the depth of our relationships. I have personally seen this result in income and opportunities beyond the limits of my imagination.
WOAMTEC (Women on a Mission to Earn Commission) is a category specific networking opportunity. This means, we limit the amount of other members that offer the same products or services you do to allow you the opportunity to increase your referral network, demonstrate your expertise and passion in what you do, and build the speed of trust… all the while building connections and friendships that matter way beyond the sale.
We have time for open networking throughout the lunch as well as sharing about our businesses and one member per meeting has time to share… about their business, their passions, about their volunteer work, or just letting us know a bit deeper who they are… this is one of the best parts of the meeting… getting past the pitches and find out who we really are… we reserve the last part of the meeting for the members to share any upcoming events, projects, sales etc for us all to take advantage of as we continue to build those relationships.
