On Tuesday, June 12th, Wicked Weed Brewing will host Common Thread: A Sour Beer and Wine Dinner in the Funkatorium Biergarten.
The dinner will be “4 course family style” and each course will be paired with a hand selected sour beer and wine.

Wood roasted early summer vegetables & bitter greens with trout caviar crema.
Carolina corn & buckwheat polenta, smoked pork, sheep’s cheese and herbs.
Grilled game birds, summer mushrooms, warm grains.
Hearth-baked breads, Victor’s cheese, Fraise Morte poached strawberries.
This non traditional pairing dinner will begin upon arrival for individual parties.
