Haywood Regional Medical Center and Haywood Regional SportsMedicine are proudly hosting the annual Free Sports Physicals session onThursday May 24, 2018 at Haywood Regional Health & Fitness Center located at75 Leroy George Drive, Clyde. Students may arrive according to the following schedule:
- 3:30 pm Canton Middle School
- 4:00 pm Waynesville Middle School
- 4:30 pm Bethel Middle School
- 5:00 pm Tuscola and Pisgah High School
Contactyour school for a registration packet and please bring completed packet withyou. It is not necessary to sign up for an appointment, just come any timeduring your school’s allotted time frame.
