We’d all like to believe that yoga can be nothing but good for us; however, yoga asana practice can actually contribute to imbalance in our bodies rather than balance if we are not conscious of our body’s needs or are not skillful in the way we practice.
The main goals of this workshop are to 1) help you prevent yoga injuries in the future by following several principles and to 2) educate you on how you can skillfully continue your yoga practice with impairments such as strains, overuse problems, and nerve pain. Leave feeling strong, relaxed, and filled with awareness of your body.
