Intro to Partner Acrobatics is a 75 minute class designed to introduce you to the foundations of partner balance. Class will start with a full body warm up, and will introduce you to both L-basing and standing acrobatic poses, showing you various entrances and exits to these skills as well as training exercises to level up your strength and flexibility both in and out of acro. No partner or experience is required.
