The fifth annual July 4 Fireworks Festivities in Sylva, N.C., are planned for Thursday, July 4, 2019 from 5-9 p.m.
This FREE event organized by the Jackson County Chamber of Commerce will feature a concert by the Carolina Soul Band (Soul/R&B/Beach/Classic Hits) from 6:30-9:45 p.m.
There will be food and drinks available for purchase by food truck vendors including Hit the Pit BBQ, South of Philly, Great Smokies Tropical Sno, and Chili Chomper.
There will be free children’s activities provided by the Jackson County Parks and Recreation Department as well. These include an Inflatable big slide, kids bounce house, and a bungee trampoline.
The fireworks show begins at dark (about 9:45 p.m.).
