Students will learn principles of breadmaking. They will make Pecan Caramel Sticky Buns, 9-grain loaf and Italian Crusty Bread. Students need to bring on large Tupperware-like bowl and cover. Instructor will provide all other materials.
This “Local Kitchens” workshop will be held at the instructor’s home in Mill Spring.
