Come learn to transform the herbs and fruit of your garden (or the wild) into delicious wines. Instruction will include techniques for wild and innoculated fermentations, types of sugar sources, yeasts, and the best techniques and timing for adding herbs, spices, fruit, and other additions. Some meads will be available for tasting.
$20-$35 sliding scale in advance, $25 + up at the door (please pre-register!)
