Our FREE Mixed Levels Pilates is back!
Learn the fundamentals of Pilates, or for those who are already experienced, deepen your practice in this mixed level class. Pilates is a whole body workout where we find strength, stretch, and control. We will target the level of class to who is there, so everyone is equally challenged. Pilates is for every BODY…no matter your age, gender, or physical ability.
Bring your own mat (a thick mat is better if you have one), a small towel, and a water bottle. The library has a limited amount of mats to borrow, please email [email protected] if one is needed.
