The Broth Shop and Wedge at Foundation are partnering up to bring you a night of ramen on Saturday, April 27th!
The menu for this event is a celebration of spring! Featuring two bowl options both fit for warm weather (ie less hot broth, more delicious sauce). Each bowl is accompanied by traditional Japanese onigiri and beer of course!
We will have three seating options, 6pm, 6:30pm, and 7pm. When purchasing your tickets, please make sure to select a time!
Bowl Options
Lobster Red Curry : citrus shrimp, buttered corn, pickled asparagus, soft egg, ramen noodles, lobster coconut red curry reduction
Shoyu Pork Belly : crispy pickled cauliflower, roasted spring onion, shredded pork belly, soft egg, ramen noodles, roasted garlic sesame + citrus shoyu
Each bowl comes with one vegetable and one pork belly onigiri + 2 beer pairings
