About Spirals in Contact:
After studying and training with The Axis Syllabus for the couple years, Aaron has begun to grasp that there is not a straight line to be found in the human body, nor in the ways that the body moves. We are twisting, spiraling beings, and our movement pathways can resemble that of a fish, or a tornado, or a falling leaf… Finding spirals in contact improv duets opens doors to ease, safety, and the harnessing and recycling of momentum. Come take your spine for a drive. Beginners welcome!
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing, natural fibers preferred. Avoid earrings and jewelry, and out of respect for those with sensitivity, no scents please.
