Ayurveda Seasonal Workshop
Harness the fresh energy of Spring with Ayurvedic tips for safe cleansing practices. In this workshop you’ll be guided and inspired to develop a custom cleansing protocol for your constitution. You will also learn about special points (marma) on the head, hands, and feet to anoint and massage with essential oils. Activating these points will help to steady the fluctuations of the season and provide support during the cleansing process.

The workshop will begin with a beautiful tea ceremony.

This is a community workshop open to the public and a non-credit course.

Prerequisites: NONE

Prior knowledge of Ayurveda is not necessary. Basic Ayurveda theory will be discussed and woven into each activity.
