Come on out for a night of music and conversation as we celebrate compassion towards animals through the amazing artwork displayed by The Art of Compassion Project and 4 lovely, local artists, Tarah Singh, Hillary Frye, Noel Jefferson, & Eve Himler!
The gathering will be taking place from roughly 6pm-8pm on Thursday the 18th and following at 9pm will be the soulful, funky, folk music of Lau Maggie and Moon Dogs.
Per usual, THE BLOCK off biltmore will be offering craft beers, wine, spirits, non-alcoholic/regular mixed drinks, and small bites to keep us refreshed. There may even be some donation based, allergy friendly, #vegan treats, handmade with love by myself and Buncombe Botanicals so stay tuned for more details!
So, if you’d like a chance to view and/or purchase some of our locally and internationally created art as well as connect with the artists themselves and volunteers/members of this month’s AOCP Gallery beneficiaries, Bounty & Soul, then we hope to see you out there! However, if you’re not able to make it, the gallery will be up for the entire month of October so be sure to take a look at The Block’s many other enriching events, taking place in the weeks ahead, to enjoy while you peruse this beautiful compilation of work!
