The first class in Access Consciousness is The Bars®. There are 32 points on your head which, when gently touched, effortlessly and easily release anything that doesn’t allow you to receive. It’s like hitting the delete button on your computer. All of the thoughts, feelings, and emotions that keep you stuck, that keep you repeating the same patterns in your life over and over again, are released.
During this class you will give 2 and receive 2 Bars® sessions. There will be a complete manual review. There will also be a viewing of a video with the founders demonstrating how to run Bars®. You will also learn 2 other body processes besides the Bars®. There will be a break for lunch. Since you get just as much out of giving Bars®, over these eight hours you will experience the amazing energy like having your bars run four times.

If it is the first time that you have taken this class, the investment is $350. If it is your second or any other subsequent time taking it, the investment is $175.
