Join us for a weekend of yoga, meditation, and mindfulness practices that will help bring your body, mind, and heart into a state of harmony. This weekend will offer you a firm foundation in the traditional teachings of meditation along with modern insight from the latest research in contemplative neuroscience.
You will learn and practice a variety of specific techniques along with some research on their unique benefits. You don’t have to be a teacher, or even desire to become a teacher to attend this course.
